As old as the thousand-year-old history of our land, Cannonau is expressed in its most classic aspects in Dorgali. Explore the vineyard in the cru of Oddoene to discover the soil, the microclimate and the training techniques of our vines, the pruning, exposure and the most suitable parcels, where together with cannonau, the rare Panzale and noble Syrah grapes ripen.

We have never done a wine tasting like this before! Great experience with Valeria. Walked thru the vineyards, ate grapes off the vines, meat, cheese, and bread, all local and detailed explanations on our selections including harvest process, fermentation, ageing and bottling. I am lucky enough to have been to quite a few wineries in lovely regions but this is up there with Franschoek. Absolutely stunning location and we were so well looked after. The food was perfect but of course the wine was also outstanding. Ein rundum gelungenes Weintasting und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung! 🍷

Das Ambiente war wunderschön und sehr gemütlich. Dazu gab es eine tolle und abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an leckeren Weinen, begleitet von einer großzügigen Platte mit Käse, Wurst und Brot.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Valeria, die uns mit viel Wissen, Leidenschaft und sympathischen Erklärungen durch die Verkostung geführt hat. Man hat sich von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt.

Wow!!!! This is a must…val is so lovely, friendly and puts you at ease from the moment you meet her! The venue is STUNNING! In the middle of a valley surrounded by mountains and grape vines! Such a beautiful afternoon with so much knowledge the wines.
